Sara
Sara Lankshear, RN, PhD (c) is President of Relevé Consulting
Services in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Sara has over 20 years of
experience in health care including direct care, education, and
administrative roles within various sectors in the health care
system: hospital, rehabilitation, complex continuing care, long term
care, public health, and community.
Prior to independent practice, Sara held various senior level
positions such as: Director, Organizational Development and
Corporate Professional Leader, Nursing. Through these roles, she has
been directly involved in the implementation and evaluation of
various organizational structures and processes which has enabled
her to work directly with senior management, board and a variety of
health care professions.
Sara brings a unique combination of expertise in the areas of
Nursing & health care, adult education, organizational development,
change management, program evaluation and research methods when
working with clients. She has shared her experiences through
publications and presentations at numerous provincial, national, and
international conferences.
Sara’s commitment to excellence is demonstrated in her leadership
roles with many professional organizations: Chair, Association of
Nurse Executives of Greater Toronto Area; Past-President,
Professional Practice Network of Ontario, Board member,
Register
Nurses Association of Ontario, and past Board member,
Registered
Nurses Foundation of Ontario.
Most recently, Sara was honoured as the first recipient of the
Nursing Leadership Award from the Niagara University School of
Nursing Alumni Council.
